When you register with Genially, you'll receive an email that asks you to activate your account. Click on the button "Confirm my account" in the email to activate.
Has your confirmation email not arrived?
It's possible that depending on your email's dominion, the email doesn't appear directly in your inbox and is instead in the folder Notifications or even in Spam. Check these two folders in your email account to see if it ended up there.
It's also possible that the company you work for caps certain types of emails and that you therefore haven't received the activation email.
In any case, you can send us an email to email@example.com from the email address linked to your Genially account or send a request on the upper right part of this page:
Until your account has been activated, you'll see a reminder message whenever you start a new session. From there, you'll be able to resend the activation email. And don't worry, your account won't be deleted if you don't activate it.
